Working to reshape the brand organisation within Epic to support all 1st party titles by reexamining processes, pipelines, team structure and business management. Provided ongoing brand strategy, identity creation, creative direction, messaging/TOV, and consumer insights across the Epic portfolio titles (Fortnite, LEGO Fortnite, Fortnite Festival, Fall Guys) working cross-disciplinarily with international teams.
MAY 2020 - July 2023
Responsible for the brand identity of Fall Guys marketing, creative and messaging. Focused on maintaining and innovating the brand, owning the touchpoints that players engage with the Fall Guys brand and driving the expansion of the franchise authentically across all spaces (games, new features, consumer product, entertainment etc) globally.
Worked alongside studio leadership, devs, product marketing and consumer insights teams to translate the product vision and commercial objectives into a world-class brand strategy to attract new players and engage the existing community. Experiences include but are not limited to the quality and tone of the marketing materials, campaigns, trailers, key visuals and more.

Defined Mediatonic studio brand (and its subsidiaries) strategically and visually, in order to raise company profile during a peak growth period leading up to the studio’s foray into original titles. Created and led the first in-house marketing and creative services teams, and continued to grow and scale it throughout the evolution of Fall Guys.

Owned all aspects of marketing, brand, PR, social and community across Failbetter’s three IPs: Fallen London, Sunless Sea and Sunless Skies. Heavily focused on product strategy (porting games to new platforms), creative direction for publishing materials, comms and community, content planning, and data analysis.
